Having heard a lot of good things about Woodseer Autos and their services, I decided to take my car to them when it was due for an MOT. They were very accommodating considering I was a new customer. I explained that I had to get an MOT on my Volkswagen polo and needed the car fairly quickly due to work commitments. They very efficiently managed to allocate me a time slot within the hour given the busy nature of their business.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and asked to leave my car. I was subsequently informed that my car had failed it’s MOT. Very panicked, I did not know what to do however they communicated with me in a very quick, concise and clear manner. They gave me a breakdown of what repairs needed to be done. They went the extra mile to explain the jargon so I was clear of what needed to be done.

There was no pressure from them neither a feeling of being rushed into making a decision. They were very professional and made the process very easy for me.

The repairs were then carried out in an efficient manner and to a very good standard exercising a high level of skill compared to other garages I have been to. My car then passed its MOT making it roadworthy again.

The final price I paid for the MOT and repairs were exactly as negotiated with no last-minute surprises as one would usually expect.

They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend their services to those who are seeking a trusted and reliable garage to get their car fixed in an efficient manner.

Repairing your car can sometimes be an unpleasant and prolonged experience never mind the hassle of going without a car! I recently took my car into Woodseer for a repair and MOT. The team here was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional and courteous. I was kept informed throughout the entire repair process and their technicians explained where the issue was (something a previous garage could not detect). The price was reasonable, and the work was completed within the timeframe given. The MOT was also a swift process.

Get the same quality and service from a local garage as you would do from a dealership! Highly recommended.

As a owner off a PCO rentals , I can full heartedly say, these people are very professional, efficient and honest. I have been using them for the last 4 months and I have never had an issue. I send around 14-17 mots a week, they try their utmost best to pass my cars and fail what needs to fail. I highly recommend this garage!!!

I paid £150 for full servicing the car but I think they didn’t do anything. They said they changed the engine oil but just after two months of use it turned out the engine oil level is very low. There was no leak or other issue.

I don’t recommend at all.

Called with an engine light issue. Was asked to come in for diagnostics. Took the car in. They gave me the information from the diagnostics. service with a nice smile and very helpful advice.

My go to garage! Amazing work and customer service, really good team who do their job really well. Will deffo go back.

Have been there twice now. Once for a cosmetic paint repair on a car I bought, which they did a great job of, and once to change some body panels on another car, again they did a great job and in a very short time!
