My Vito cab failed the m.o.t so I needed a new wishbone arm and Ball joint for my Vito, Mercedes UK didn't have any in stock i rang KPM they had the part booked me in straight away and got me back on the road. Definitely use them again.

Would not recommend KPM. The customer service was terrible. My vehicle went for a service which should have been free. I had a valid voucher with all the terms and conditions clearly displayed which I presented and they adhered. After the service they hassled me with an invoice.

KPM is on the top of my list since they were only one to accommodate me with an emergency warranty job within reasonable time frame last summer. They did my wheel bearing, aircon service and a regular service. Never problem after any of these jobs. Pleasant customer service as a cherry on the top :-)

10/10 service. Great attention to detail from their customer service down to the repairs. Would highly recommend.

Always helpful, great staff and comfortable waiting room. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending, especially for Vitos RWS etc.

KPM Auto the garage to visit if you own a Mercedes taxi. Always very helpful and professional. Parts, service, warranty work, seen to very quick.

The parts department excellent service very knowledgeable and very helpful for the parts i wanted for my TX 2 ordered Friday ready for pick up Monday as arranged big thank you guys

The receptionist that answers the phone is a right miserable one. I dont think she likes her job very much. Its not the cheapest place to go for your mercedes taxi.
