Stranded with a split tyre, at White Horse Inn while away for work. Great service on phone, made promises and stuck to them. Returned to car park and had car on 4 tyres ready to go. Blooming brilliant, support this business rather than a chain

We moved to Suffolk in 2003 and Palfrey Motors was recommended by the previous owners of Moat Farm - who were motor enthusiasts, so we felt it was a positive recommendation. Palfrey Motors have serviced all of our cars in the last 17 years - variously BMWs, Fiat Puntos, Saabs and Mercedes. The quality of their service, their precise communication about what is needed and why, and their the general level of friendliness and flexibility has been excellent. We highly recommend them.
