Delta Garages

Picked my "repaired car" up- all looked ok when inspected at the garage, but when I got home I found numerous faults with the repairs. Avoid!

**Update** After at least 3 failed attempts to fix my car and escalating the issue with the insurance company managed to take the car to a different repairer, who found that parts that delta should of replaced (like the black metal crash bar as in picture) hadn't been done. This is basically defrauding the insurance company and allowing me to drive away in a car with in-complete and possibly unsafe (should I be crashed in to the back of again) repair.

I've used this garage for many years and cannot fault their repairs or servicing. MOT is only £40. Friendly and cheerful reception staff.

The 3 star was firstly for the time taken which you advised was 1 hour maximum and had me wait for over 1 hour 30 minutes, secondly my review was simply my experience with delta i have been to other taxi mot stations and have had a better experience and time is money not just for garages for us customers too! I had advised the garage i am a part time private hire driver which must mean i have a full time schedule else where timelines were given as exact amount as i quote it has to be logged on system take maximum hour, i came 1020 left at 12.10pm .

AVOID like the plague

Failed my car and wanted me to fork out over £500 of repairs, many poor excuses like major leak of exhaust gases, there was nothing wrong with the car!

I was having a conversation with my local barber about this company and an ex employee of them overheard me.. he told me they have to fail so many cars and to make money that way.. they pass pretty much all Delta taxis and fail normal cars

Friendly staff and quick turnaround. Good price although l didn't do a price comparison.

I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

I’ve been taking in my Insignia and my Q3 in for there for a few years now. Offer great advice ,good prices and sound lads.

scraped the van. took it to delta fixed the bodywork like new. wasnt cheap ( after vat) but it was self inflicted so will learn from my mistake. Delta did do a very good job and called me when it was ready
