I have used Bentleys for many years. They are a family run firm that I trust, and that trust has been rewarded time and time again. They have proved to be reliable, trustworthy and have never quoted for work that was unnecessary. Prices are fair. They have often gone above and beyond what I would expect, fitting me in to their busy schedule at the last minute when crisis occurs. Good, old-fashioned customer service with a smile.

What a fantastic team. Always easily contactable and great with communication. They recently checked some MOT advisories for me, the work was not yet necessary and didn't charge me for the checks. I always feel confident in the quality of their work.

Excellent service from the team at Bentleys in assessing a breakdown in an emergency, the work ended up being completed at main dealer but they topped car up with coolant so I could get it there - all at no cost.

Lovely local garage with proper mechanics. First time here and got a very friendly reception and good service, will be back !

Bentleys fitted my car in today at very short notice, because my headlights had blown. I work in healthcare and need my car for home visits so I was very grateful they were able to squeeze me in last minute. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful. They dealt with the problem immediately and for a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with the whole process - Bentleys fully deserves its excellent reputation and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ordered a new number plate, within an hour the plate was ready to be fitted - managed on same day, within matter of hours to apply the new plate.

Amazing service and superb communication from Natasha - the garage was very busy and you can tell from dealing with customers how honest, polite and conscientious their work is on cars.

Would happily recommend and will use in future.

Just had my tracking done by Bentley's on an old Citroen C1 after replacing the old rusted/bent wheels with new ones and tyres. Bentley booked me in promptly and were very professional and courteous on the phone.

Not only that but they night before the tracking was due, I only managed to change 2 rims myself due to stiff rims and then discovered one rim was on the wrong side (directional tyres). Bentley changed all the wheels for me at short notice. They even let me use their WiFi for an important meeting that got scheduled over lunch.

They warned me they might be running late but actually finished all the work (and the unplanned wheel changes with very stubborn rims) in good time.

Will definitely be using them again and would recommend their services highly.
