My partner - took her Audi A3 Cabriolet here for some works after an MOT fail on a very small thing. Also the roof had stopped reclining. The guys at VWS offered a prompt, reasonably priced service. They dropped the vehicle back to MOT centre and returned the car. The customer service experienced is incredible - they commented that they enjoyed finding the fault with the roof. We would thoroughly recommend.

I have used VWS for about a year starting when I bought a T5... I have so far found them really helpful, understanding and very professional. I have very little knowledge on cars and vans... why I bought a T5 god only knows! But it recently needed some major work post MOT and VWS were very honest with what was needed to be done and took the option each time that was right for me and my pocket. i.e. not doing more than they had to, which would have been very easy with me.
I would recommend them very highly oh and they seem a really nice bunch as well.

My van broke down just prior to my holiday away in it and VWS were awesome at getting the work done to assist me. I use this garage for all my repairs and they are excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Great place 👍🏻

The guys at VWS are amazing. They have looked after my VW T5 camper van for six years until it was sadly written off whilst parked in October. I will miss them. My wife found the place totally in intimidating, unlike many places in the motor trade and she thought the whole team were friendly, courteous and respectful. For my part, they are professional, thorough and they have gone out of their way to be fair, honest and helpful. We will have another VW camper in a year or so and it is coming right back to be cherished by VWS. Thoroughly recommended.

The team at VWS are brilliant. Genuine Audi specialists who have looked after my A6 Allroad for servicing .Always responsive and cost effective alternative to main dealer . Great to be able to talk to the engineers who work on the car . Great service Great team !

Really impressed with the front of house. Very helpful. Workshop looked clean and tidy. Came through with a comprehensive quote in little time. VWS' price was nearly 20% cheaper than others. In the end my car was seviced somewhere else due to an earlier booking coming good and a price match but I won't hesitate to book with VWS going forward

Mike and the team at VWS were a pleasure to deal with. Wifes A4 cabriolet roof stopped working, booked it in on Wednesday and picked up the car the following day all repaired with the roof working perfectly. This is definitely a garage to use if you want good service by a knowledgeable group of people. Thanks for a fantastic experience

Had a Cam belt and water pump changed with these guys. Very good independent garage for VW, Audi etc. Customer service and communication was good, they got the job done and supplied me with a courtesy car free of charge. Will be using this garage again.
