Booked online for a dpf clean, took the car there (with transport to get me home afterwards). They said that they no longer take online bookings and that I would have to speak to them direct! What a shambles! Get your systems sorted fellas!

I had an emergency with my car battery. I called in and they changed it immediately. Excellent service and good price.

They double booked my car so it got left all day not being touched. It was a emergency that needed fixing, but got left and caused my serious issues trying to get it booked into a different garage. Terrible service avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately my car lost its water when I was visiting my daughter.
I took the car to this garage.
They had my car for 5 days saying they couldn't find the problem??
In the end I called the.garage as I needed my car and they said it was fixed??
I drove my car for 1 day and the car ran out of water. The bill for the garage was just shy of £300
I took my car to my own garage , they took 20 minutes to discover that the car had a leak in the water housing. The cost for fixing my car was £105. My car is now running fine.
I can't say if the mechanics in this garage are still training but the bill from them was mainly labour and I kept getting told they couldn't find the problem with my car?
I am unhappy because I was left with a bill with mostly labour because the mechanics couldn't find the fault ?? Unfortunately there is no come back with garages and I have to except loosing £300 to the garage is a done deal

Was using the vacuum at the service station part of this place and ran out of money. The kiosk attendant Justin gave us money out of his own pocket to finish and was helpful in getting machine working. It's so rare to find this level of kindness and customer service. He deserves recognition.
