Excellent Service on my 730LD including bodywork, amazing service team, very helpful, honest, only replaced the parts that were required, unlike BMW dealership.

I went off a recommendation from a friend for a service and they did a great job! Friendly service and a phone call to say it was ready by 2.30pm. Perfect timing! I will definitely use them again.

Took our Renault Zoe in for two separate issues and both time the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. Pricing is good and quality of workmanship is superb. I will not be needing any other garage for as long as I stay in Oxted! Thanks guys.

Where to start.... My van was diagnosed as a write off by another garage. EGR issues and apparantly a damaged cylinder.
Took it into Jai with no expectations just for second opinion. Diagnosed that the previous garage work done on the cheap with snidey parts. Storriers replaced with legit parts and also found a rogue piece of metal in the system. All this whilst giving me a courtesy van. Highly recommend and so pleased. I live an hour away but well worth the journey to get a honest reliable garage.

On the way to interview for my daughter and had a rattling under the car. Popped in with no notice and they had it fixed with me driving out within ten minutes, with no charge. Lovely people, lovely business and great service.

A big thank you to the team, who refitted and fixed the drivers door handle on my ancient C3 today. The team were very kind and friendly. They also offered advice on how to manage a possible issue with the door handle. I'm so happy and really appreciate the time they took today to help me.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Went for a service and MOT and felt like I was treated fairly and not overcharged for anything considering I am a woman. I will definitely be returning.
