I bought an older Jaguar from kpm cars. The car was exactly as described, Kevin was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was given all the time I needed to carefully examinate the car and wasn't pressured at all. I then decided to proceed with the purchase.
Everything was very smooth and the car came with 6 months warranty and a breakdown cover.

I've bought an Audi a6 from KPM and from beginning to the end everything was perfect. Kevin is very helpful and kind. We had chance to check other cars too while buying and he is selling cars in really good condition. I will definitely check them first next time when I need a car.

I was looking for my perfect car online for a month or so and I spotted it on KPM. Unfortunately they're based miles away so unreachable without transport. I contacted them and they were polite, reassuring, and patient with my queries. I arranged transport and KPM communicated with them directly about collection. The car came in perfect condition, 6 months RAC warranty, and they even put new front tyres on for free. Perfect customer service.

Kevin, Sam and the team take the time to listen to the problem you might be having, investigate and update you with an explanation of what they can do with different options according to your budget. If you need the vehicle urgently seen they do their best to accommodate. Range of problems that had accumulated on my BMW1 series and they ran diagnostics and road testing before correcting all the issues in timely and efficient manner. Bought my vehicle to this garage in January 2021 to have a nearly £400 piece of work done to replace the EGR valve. The engine light is back on and diagnostic test confirming multiple faults from the EGR valve - not to blame the garage as I totally understand this may be a part problem. However, I contacted the garage nearly two weeks ago and I’m receiving very slow replies and very little proactivity to support me in getting this fixed again. I will happily correct my review if I am proved otherwise but my present experience is poor and they are trying to charge me additional money to repair the same £400 job I had completed under a year ago (which still has warranty!).
