I was very please with H&F and look forward to using them again. The guys picked up the car when they said they would. They were polite and respectful. They called me after the diagnostics the next day to say the car was now running, they recommend a full service, which I was going to ask for anyway and they quoted a very reasonable price, so I also requested an MOT. The car was delivered back to my home the following day. I used to service my own cars many years ago, so I know enough about engines and electrics etc. to know when I'm being bull-sh*tted and I was really pleased that these guys were straight with me through the whole process. What I liked most about H&F was that they were constantly trying to keep the bill down, rather than trying to find more things to charge me for. Very pleased and very willing to recommend.

They were brilliant. Took my car in at no notice on a busy day and replaced the suspension coils because I needed to go to Kent the next day. Very customer focused.

I had seized caterpillar on my car and it meeded to be sorted on the day. Gave them a call around luch time and was sorted before 4PM. Top service

A friend suggested this great little garage a few years ago and I've been going there since. Lovely bunch of guys working there too, who you can discuss your vehicle issues with. Highly recommended.
