Booked car in for a morning MOT. Was told they open at 8am so bring it in early as I can. Dropped car off at 8am. At 14:15pm I had no contact so decided to ring to ask if car was done? Was told will be going in for mot shortly! At 5pm I got the call back to say it’s ready to collect. I was happy that the car passed the mot however it caused some inconvenience getting at the garage for first thing for no reason. Had they of told me it wouldn’t of been until mid afternoon I wouldn’t of made plans to get it there for the morning. I will happily use their services again but communication and timing needs to be managed in more professional way.

DO NOT use this garage, they had my car 5 days with every excuse under the sun, after 5 days of not having my car I said are you doing it or not, the answer was sorry too busy, 5 days to tell me they were too busy to fix my car, never again will I use this shambles of what they call a garage.

Only garage I use. Friendly and helpful staff. Justin has got out of a sticky situation many times.

Booked for an MOT, however there was no pre determined time to take it, was told drop it off around 9 and we’ll have a look at it. Customer service is absolutely appalling, rude, ignorant and totally unprofessional.
When my vehicle failed, I asked when they could do the repairs, was told by Mr Ignorant on the ‘customer service desk’ (lol) that they wouldn’t be able to do it for at least 4-5 days as no one has the parts, not sure how he knew, must of had a crystal ball, as he never even checked. Took the vehicle away and by 5pm that evening I had all the parts needed. Just dropped it off for a re-test only for Mr Ignorant to tell me that they’d try and get to it today!!!!
Never again!!!

What a great professional and friendly service. I work away from home and realised my MOT had expired and struggled to find a weekend MOT tester. I rang and asked if they would collect vehicle, not an issue, was all done on time for me to collect Friday morning on my return. Great price, first class service, I will return.
