Excellent independent garage. Really nice guys that will do their absolute best to help. Rock solid workmanship with very reasonable prices. Very easy to get to if you are in the Hadleigh area.

If you are currently using a main dealer for your servicing I'd strongly advise switching to a quality independent like Crockatt, the service you receive will be far better and give you much better value for money.

They are reasonably priced, and make everything clear and easy to understand, both with what work needs doing and how much it's all going to cost! I was recommended through a family friend when I first moved to Hadleigh, and I haven't been able to fault these gents!

I've just had my car back from them after a service and my car has never felt so nice to drive! Along with it, they cleaned and hoovered out my car as part of the service! While doing the service, they noticed a few issues that needed addressing, and before even starting to fix those issues, they rang me and made me aware of what needed doing and how much it was going to cost!!

Great service. Went in with a punctured tyre. Unfortunately, the tyre couldn't be repaired (it was cracked inside) and a new tyre was needed. Garage did not charge for the initial inspection of the damaged tyre and there was no pressure to buy. Would definitely recommend! We'll return again!

Just had my qashqai serviced. As usual the guys here were brilliant. Kept me up to date with repairs, super quick on service and my car came back looking and driving brand new.

I've moved to Hadleigh and needed my car servicing. After reading some positive reviews I thought I'd give them a try.
They were superb, easy to book, easy to find, safe place to drop off my car. They kept in contact regarding work needed to be done before proceeding. The work was done quickly, on collection they'd washed it too!! What a bonus.
Really pleasant staff, efficient and courteous. Definitely will be going back to them for any further work.

Called in because my car had a wobble when driving .no hello or smile insight ask the chap to test drive it , he didn’t look happy he made me feel uncomfortable ..He drove 1 metre back and forward and said it’s my brakes . I asked him to test drive it as the brakes are not the only problem he got all moody and back chatted me so I took my business elsewhere to find out the diff has gone .. poor customer service rude and unprofessional . Costs nothing to smile hey

Always top quality work.
However, part of the overall service is to provide an invoice, which is required for accounting purposes. This has still not been provided 4 weeks after the service, and despite several messages being left. A promised phone call has not been received either.
