we're visiting family and had an issue with our car. This garage was very happy and honest with when we can get booked in (which was also very fast). we've picked the car back up today and they were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough to the problems and the work that was needed. They've been extremely helpful and were ever so greatful for their work today! I would definitely recommend to anybody! Thankyou ! 5/5

Excellent, first time using Watsons, Mot and small service, also resolved some other issues, kept me informed along the way, different cost/budget options. Will be using them again friendly efficient service, don't think they ripped me off!

Wasting time and doing half the job. Took my car in for a check up about the engine light on. Booked the car in and turns out it was a glow plug. When I came to get the car and the result, I also had a word with the mechanic, told him there is also a weird noise when the engine is running. He started the car again to hear to noise. He concluded I should get the car in for another check when I get the glow plug done. Okay ! Booked in the car again, spoken with the mechanic again about the noise, he said he will check and call with the diagnosis to let me know what needs to be done. "Good", I said, "Finally a nice garage". No call was received, only a message stating " your car is ready ". Okay, maybe there was nothing wrong or not worth the call. Turns out they didn't know about the "other thing" and only done the glow plug replacement. Big job, around 15 minutes to change a glow plug. Couldn't be bothered to actually fix the car. Maybe they don't need the money or customers. All that said they were nice about it and I didn't have an argument with anyone. They just didn't do the job.
Time waste ! Wouldn't recommend.
