Excellent service, my car was collected and a courtesy car delivered at a time convenient to me, and as I needed my car back for a family holiday they went out of their way to ensure car was completed and delivered back on time. Top quality repair service. Would highly recommend. More than happy.😀

Top service and very accomodating collected my car. When I asked and also made sure I had my car back for the day and time needed.

The work was to a good standard would highly recommend some times things take longer but for the high standard of work done it was total worth it.

Completed my car repairs well, wouldn't say quickly but was done to a good standard and car was cleaned quickly too. They handled the claim well. They could do with speeding the process up a little but i was still happy with the work they completed. The curtsy car i had was appropriate. The process took 1 1/2 weeks to do the work but took about 3 weeks to get the car booked in initially , i had to keep ringing to chase up when the third party was sending clarification for the go ahead of the work so wasn't the companies fault but i did have to keep chasing them. I will say though i left my Driving licence there when i collected the curtsy car and this was brought to me to my property by a member of staff after he called me to gain permission to bring it to me. This was great customer service to save me going back to the garage to collect it. Thanks Rob, great customer service you provided. All staff very friendly and helpful along the process.

All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful and kept me informed as to the status of my car repairs throughout the process. It did take a while for my car to be repaired but this is the norm these days for insurance repairs and I was happy with the courtesy car provided so this was not an issue. I'd rather this, than have the repairs rushed and a poor job done. I have no issues with the repair job either and I have a 3 year warantee on them too. I'd happily have them repair my car again. Plus they are local to me as well which was was extra helpful. 😀

After 4 long weeks and 4 different stories about what was happening with my car I finally had my car back. Every time I rang to see when my car would be ready they would tell me a different story and say there was a different problem each time . But they did the job and car now looks a lot better than it did. I then got my car home and the door handle had broken so I could get in my drivers side . Took it back for them to look at and they then kept my car yet again 😞 wouldn’t ever go back to this place ! Wouldn’t recommend either

Excellent and polite staff, courtesy car very good, accident damage to my car was dealt with very professionally, also my car inside and outside was cleaned ready for me to collect. Smooth transition thoughout. Will definitely recommend to anybody who needs body work done to their car.

I turned up with no appointment and a guy told me they weren't currently doing car repairs, looked like they were really busy but I asked if he could at least take a look at the small scuff I had on my bumper. He had a quick look at it, and it turned out it was just a paint transfer which could be cleaned off! He sorted it within a minute, for free, probably saving me a couple of hundred quid. Top bloke, nice one!
