I am extremely grateful to Jo and Steve for the service i received last week... They went out of their way to keep down the cost of the work needed for the MOT and managed to find alternate ways to fix an otherwise very expensive problem... Thanks so much, see you in October! :)
I would highly recommend this garage.

This morning's check over on my old car was booked in efficiently and they went out of their way to give my car a thorough inspection, leaving no stone unturned and explaining in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. Brilliant and personal service which was much appreciated. Thank you!

THEIR COMMENTS are a load of rubbish! I phoned round a few garages to enquire if they could repair an air bag light. George at Sopley said “of course” so I booked my car in for a service AND to repair the airbag light. On Collection the airbag light was off and they said it hadn’t come on on a test drive so naturally assumed they had repaired it. A couple of days later it came on again so I called them up and was told by George that they would sort it out for no charge as I had paid for the repair previously. This was delayed as light went off again temporarily. When I called them to bring it in as previously discussed with George they said it would cost me an extra £70 just to look at it! It would appear that Sopley garage had just cleared the codes which obviously is not a “repair”

Went to have my air con serviced and re-gassed, they did it while I waited in their proper little waiting room. When I phoned to book the appointment, the receptionist was very helpful and when I got there, though I had never been there before, they were very nice and friendly. I will be going back again when I need something else doing!

Excellent garage, honest trustworthy and reliable. Never had any issues here at all.

The guys at Sopley Garage were extremely helpful and kind when my friend had a blow out just up the road from their premises today. She had no phone or money with her but they came out, put the temporary spacesaver wheel on to enable her to get to a garage just round the corner from work to get a new tyre put on AND DIDNT CHARGE A PENNY! Every visit has always been a pleasure, they've just had a waiting area done up so i was able to have a cup of coffee while I waited and the lady I was speaking to is very switched on and really helped me to understand what was going on under the bonnet. Always feel confident in going there and have absolute confidence they'll go through my car thoroughly and professionally highly recommend this garage.

Nice, friendly and easy going customer care. My first time using this garage and I am impressed with the level of customer service. The place and workshops are clean and tidy which normally translates into a caring attitude for the customer and vehicle. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this garage.
