Had a new clutch fitted by betta fit, was happy with service at the time. Only to find after lifting bonnet a week later that they’ve broken my battery cover, and tried to tape back together with duck tape. Temporary fix. Didnt bother repairing or informing me of this. Now got to buy a new one.

I had my car towed down to Betta Fit on a Sunday afternoon with clutch problems. I rang them when they opened first thing on the Monday morning and within half an hour the chap had diagnosed the problem and given me a price. They did the work for me and my car was ready on Wednesday lunchtime. I cannot fault the service they gave me. Very pleasant and professional people.

After taking my car to betta-fit to deal with an issue with the clutch, I have been incredibly disappointed with the level of knowledge and customer service.

I paid £800 to change the slave cylinder however a few weeks later the issue returned and I was told it would be another £500 to change the master cylinder. Their only explanation for this was "If they told every customer that there was a chance the issue wouldn't be fixed, they would never have any business."

The way i was spoken to was incredibly patronising, being told ‘cars are expensive darling’ is rude and unhelpful. Obviously i didn't return to betta-fit to get the master cylinder changed, I have since had the issues fixed for £136 elsewhere, slightly different to the £500 they quoted.

This garage Will do everything in their power to help ,I have been using them for the past 30 years and always found them excellent. Len Smith Ford Kugar

The Person that Owns this business (Gary Wardle ) should not be in this Business . As his Customer Lip Service to Customers is very poor. I have come to the Conclusion if the job will return him a Tidy Little Profit with the Smallest of Effort that suits him fine.
Any other job that requires him to step out of his Comfort Zone is Not Going to Happen. Good Luck if you fancy your chances having your Vehicle Repaired here !!😒

Had a problem that other garages could not fix. Gary was very helpful and informative about the problem that he found. Car now running smoother than it has done for a long time. I rate it as the best local independent garage.

Called themselves a vw specialist. I walked in and asked how much for a haldex service. Response was " a what ? " Would you take your vw to these ? Not a chance
