Simon's professional, calm and genuine manner put my mind at ease. He kept me informed, tended to the car trouble in the most cost effective and timely way. He is very knowledgeable and his advice meant I drove away feeling confident and more in tune with my cars particular needs and future warning signs. Will be back (hopefully not too soon ha). Highly recommend!

Edit: I had a problem with my wheelchair weel and they fixed that too! Extremely helpful.

Friends came to visit on their way up north on holiday but their aircon packed up on the way, on one of the hottest days of the year. Minster garage was able to get their car in straight away and fix it so that they could continue the journey in comfort this morning

Rang to book my car in for MOT on the off chance . Great service from start to finish . Although my car failed it’s mot Simon was kind enough to let me use one of his whilst mine was being fixed . Work completed and sounds so much better not to expensive I would highly recommend thank you
