Over the past 20 years, Hi Tech have provided an amazing service to me, both personally and professionally.
My business involves my vehicles being on the road 24/7. Our fleet of vehicles can clock up 100 thousand miles a year.
Hi tech are always accommodating with our needs. They provide an extremely efficient and well priced service for our needs.
Their staff are both friendly and professional and, although our relationship is built on business, it’s always like catching up with old friends when we deal with them.
Over the past 20 years, hi tech have always been very honest with us as a customer. They always do their best to deliver a high standard service that’s meets our need for a speedy and cost effective service.
Hi tech are based in Kettering. Although we are based 20 miles away, we feel that the service we get is more than worth travelling for.

I used Hi-Tech to diagnose a fault with my Power-Steering. They diagnosed the fault as a split pipe. I requested the Cam belt to be done at the same time as the work carried out was great, not a complaint.
About a month after I was having other issues (not related to any work done previously). My Car wouldn’t boost properly. Hi-Tech gave me a free diagnostic check due to spending a lot the previous month, very appreciated. They diagnosed a part with the turbo, was seizing causing the car to overboost. They also diagnosed there was an issue with the camshaft sensor. The Total bill was £1400 estimate.
I managed to locate a specialist who came to my house and spent 10 minutes with it. He found a split boost-pipe, and that the camshaft sensor was unplugged. He plugged the sensor back in. Cut the pipe back and managed to re-attach it. He told me to take it for a test drive and I had boost again. I could drive the car smoothly and it started first time! All for the price of a £40 call out/diagnostic fee.
Disappointed that Hi-Tech were unable to pull away the engine cover and locate this small but major issue.

took forever to get car in, did the car under the warranty, said exactly what the issue is, in the meantime another problem came out, on the day of car pick up got told that everything is sorted over the phone, and when went to pick up the car got told the issue I wanted to get sorted was not under warranty so it wasn't done. not even asked me if I'm willing to pay to get thing fixed when they had the car, just assured everything will be fixed and I wasted time as was in quite rush to get car fixed. Not recommending, better go somewhere else. As per below garage explains itself that it was due to previous bad repairs and lack of parts, but then I don't understand why I was told that all issues got fixed when I called to arrange a car pick up if it wasn't?

Fab service, booked me in for an MOT at short notice as it had run out. Nothing too much trouble for these guys always helpful above and beyond. Thanks Mark , Google review will say it's 5/5 I think it's 11 out of 10.

We rang Hi-Tech at just before 5pm (having received a recommendation from another garage), and they were able to squeeze us in the following day. They were very accommodating, and rang us twice within the day to give us updates and get approval for further work. We'll definitely be returning!

Use HITECH all the time for my vehicles guaranteed to sort vehicles out.you want the best then I suggest HITECH. Had no problem with them for all the years I have been using them not like other garage's who bodge work then charge you to put right there mistakes.yes it does cost you more but at least work guaranteed plus worked on by proper technicians/ mechanics
