Oundle’s local Ford dealership and petrol station. A great variety of used cars from this family run business. The Gulf petrol station isn’t overly expensive for a small town garage. They will serve you with fuel so you don’t even need to leave the comfort of your vehicle, nice on a cold winters morning! Great and helpful service.

This dealership is by far the most friendly and polite I have ever experienced. They have looked after me and have gone above and beyond to make sure they have sorted any problems and provided me with a gold standard of service. I highly recommend this dealership. In Jan 2019, i purchased a second hand car from Pick Arthey via eBay on 11th January. The car broke down 6 weeks from purchase on 22nd Feb.
I took the car to a local garage who upon investigation found out that the waterpump, timing belt and alternator needed replacing to the tune of £1250.00 I informed the garage of the fault the same weekend on Sunday 24th Feb and was told by their sales rep that i would receive a call back the following day from their Director Mick to advise what they could do to help. This did not happen. In the meantime i agreed for the garage to do the repair work believing that the Pick Arthey would pay towards the reapair. I finally received a call from Mick the director who told me that he would not contribute to the cost of the repair work of the vehicle as i had bought it from them via eBay. Even though in their listing it clearly states ' bid with Confidence'. They have done nothing to support me with the repairs stating that i should have taken the vehicle back to them. I provided them with the garage who had my car to verify the faults with the car and with whom they did contact but still they refused to help. I am most disappointed with the lack of after service. Excellent 'local' garage and showroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful and turnaround on the times I've taken my car in, has been quick ie same day service. Prices reasonable too. My wife bought her Fiesta there and got a good deal on it. I'm happy with the overall service and will continue to make use of the garage as needed.

A genuinely good place to buy a car from , old fashioned service and very helpful staff . I live in London and you can't really find that here but I'm so pleased to have found Pick Arthey and would recommend it highly . After buying my car there , I asked them to do the first year service and MOT recently . Can't recommend them highly enough , excellent , thanks very much .

Pick Arthey are an excellent garage and have consistently helped me with my non standard (adapted) vehicle. As someone with no mechanical knowledge whatsoever I feel very confident in trusting them to deal with me fairly. Thoroughly recommended.
