St John Street Garage

Brought one of our Nissan Navaras that had a very bad emission problem, lots of black smoke. These guys charged me £2000 and said they had fixed the problem. Drove down the road the vehicle still doing the same thing. Cost me another £1000 to get it fixed elsewhere, they had completely mis diagnosed the problem. Avoid!!!!!

Great bunch of lads with a mass of experience and knowledge. They did a great job on my car and will be back there if I need anything else

I was in an awful situation today where my cars coolant hose was not attached properly. The team at St John Street Garage were so helpful. They had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Polite, friendly, helpful. Everything you could ask for. Thank you!

SCAM! FAKE REVIEWS!! They say they fitted new parts BUT HAVE NO PROOF WHATSOEVER...something which should have cost £15 labour to push a cable back into its slot cost me £129 for the "new part". Beware...they are never busy and do not have regular customers...high staff turnover. Refused to show any evidence of new part. Ripped off!

Ripped my wife off!!!
My wife came for a problem with a door issue which would not open, only from the outside. She was told at the beginning it would be a minor fix only to be told on collection that bill has come to £279. She felt intimidated as rogue mechanic was insistant that the locking mechanism had to be replaced yet could not provide the old part as proof that installation had actually taken place. On inspection with another garage they said there are no new parts in the door mechanism at all and it seemed a cable had simply come loose.
They should be on Rogue Traders!!!!

Fitted new nearsde/offside struts, gassed a/c and did oil change in double quick time. Superb service, thank you
