Fantastic garage and team. Had an engine management light come on the other day they ran a diagnostic at short notice and found the issue. The part was ordered there and then and the price was fair. I also had an annual service as well and found the total cost to be more than fair. I highly recommend them you won't find a more fair and reasonable garage.

My car broke down when I was at visiting family and this garage was on the same street - I explained the situation and the owner went out of his way to ensure I would have it back by the end of the day. It wasn’t quite ready, after a full service , but he very kindly drove my car back to my home that evening - 20 miles away. I am very grateful for this, the service and car is now back as normal again. Highly recommend!

My car broke down on the A82 on a lay-by and after I called them, they quickly came to see the car so I really appreciate especially since I really needed to get going being about 400 miles away from home. The lad who came to have a look at the car, and after I showed him that the clutch cable snapped, said the part will be difficult to source and that he had to go back to the office to call some parts stores to check if they have the part and that he would let me know once he has some news. 2-3 hours later, nothing so I tried calling but nothing. I tried WhatsApp messages using their business account and the only reply I got was when I said that I know of a parts store which will have the part the next day to which the reply was “have tried 3 different stores, which one was it?”. After that, no response either on the phone or WhatsApp, even if I explicitly asked to let me know if they can’t help so I don’t wait for nothing. My only complain here is, please if you don’t want to help say it clearly instead of making me wait desperately. If you had said “no can’t help” from the very beginning, I wouldn’t have had a problem with it. I wasted hours hoping for you to come back to me then realised there was no point waiting any longer. Again, I really appreciate that you came to see me to try and help me (you were the only one) but please in the future, try to be upfront/honest if you can’t help or don’t want for some reason so people don’t have to wait for nothing. Being that far from home and starting a new job in a couple of days, you imagine the anxiety. Crazy to think that nobody could help me on that day, I would still be stuck on that lay-by if I had not decided to drive my car 400 miles with no clutch pedal (can be quite dangerous if you don’t know what you are doing). Once I got home, it took me an hour to change the cable myself (I’m not a mechanic). Anyway, thanks again for coming by but please be honest next time.

Took my car to John with a diagnoses given to me from another garage that my injector needed replacing John was happy to do this. After handing car over John called and told me after further investigating i didn't need chaning my injector and it was just a egr fault. Saved me 100s of pounds and low and behold fixed my car. Sound guy and clearly a busy and hard working mechanic. Who values his customers with his honesty. 100% recommend

Fast, reliable and affordable. I’ve been hunting for a great garage for ages and after finding these guys, I feel my search is over. I used these guys for my Land Rover Discovery which was having suspension problems that others were unable to fix. Not only did they diagnose, they also arranged pick up at an extremely reasonable price, fix the problem with a high quality part at a rapid rate to get me back on the road. I would highly recommend this garage! He was very professional with great comms, very helpful & had great prices. Will definitely come back!!!

This guy helped me later on in the day on a Saturday, when everywhere else was closed, after I’d bought a car and was travelling through and a dash light came on to stop driving. He spent some time checking over the car and never charged me a penny. A really top top bloke highly recommend!

Took my car here to get the exhaust looked at. John went over and above to sort the problem, so then decided I wanted to get my MOT and service done here and he certainly Did Not disappoint. He done an amazing job and I highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here for any car problems. I will also be bringing my partners car here to get any work done and her next MOT and service. 😁🤟
