Had an unexpected problem on my car at an MOT, they showed me it, explained it to me, and gave me the number of the place that eventually sorted it saving me 100s. They went above and beyond to help me and done a great job on the work they done, will not use anyone else again. Quality people and quality service, do not hesitate to use this garage.

Excellent services on my VW Passat. I have had suspension bushes and a new dual-mass flywheel fitted there too. Excellent job and EMS can be trusted to do it right. Grant from EMS is a biker too. Currently, my Honda GL1200 trike is at EMS for some welding and an MOT. I am happy to recommend them.

Having had to be rescued whilst on holiday, due to a hole in the car radiator, the staff and personnel at EMS went above and beyond the levels anyone could possibly expect in helping to get my car back on the road and rescue my holiday. Not only did they fit my car into their extremely busy schedule, they picked me up to collect the car as I had no means of transport. Their friendly, kind and thoughtful processing of my repair was outstanding and very good value for money. I would highly recommend them as a garage without hesitation.

I would not go to another garage.
The most important issue I have found historically with mechanics is trust & honesty.
These guys are polite, trustworthy and know there craft.
They don't try to rip you off. Which no doubt everyone has experienced with mechanics at some point or other.
The first time I went to EMS, I had issues with my car that failed an MOT in a different garage.
They sorted out the issues and did not charge me.
They dropped what they were doing to help.
I returned my polo recently to get an MOT which initially failed, but they told me not to worry as they would get it through.
I took it back for a re-test and they fixed the issues and my car past. Charging at a really reasonable fair amount. Working well into the evening past there normal hours.
I went back the other day as there was a senor light on the dash. It was a loose wire. It dud not take them long to find the fault. Because they found the fault in a short time the did not charge me.
Honestly to guys.

On holiday from England; potential wheel problem half way to Cupar; phoned EMS who diagnosed the problem, which they confirmed on our arrival (late afternoon); booked our car in on the next working day, and did the work required. Cost? slightly less than expected. Service? truly second to none
