Excellent customer service, 100% recommended! One of our customers broke down at Llandudno Junction with a broken exhaust bracket in our courtesy car. I called Rob who had recently done a repair to one of our customers cars if he would help us out with the problem with the car. He had no reservations and sent someone out immediately to carry out a roadside repair out of goodwill. I would also like note that the prices are very reasonable too. I would recommend this garage to anyone. I broke down tonight in Llandudno, I phoned a few local garages who all were to busy to help me. I called this one he did apologise and told. Me that he was busy, but he then said he would come straight away. He was with me within 10 minutes, sorted my car for me to get home and charged me a very minimal amount.

My MOT was due so we was driving round some garages in Llandudno they were the only ones that could fit us in, very friendly, will definitely recommend this garage to friends and family and will use them again.

I reiterate what I said a few months ago, you will not find a better garage in North Wales to fix a problem with your jag or any up market vehicles, these mechanics are very professional at what thay do, and how ever busy thay are, thay have always got time for you, and thay are always busy, that says it all.
