Just want to say I had a good experience at Rhos Motors today on Church Road Industrial Estate. Very honest, good clarity on what work was going (I don't understand all the mechanics of a car) and all for fair price. Another advantage of using your small local independents.

Mark, the owner, kept me in the loop, asking me to come and see a problem under the car whilst it was up on the ramp. He also kept the part and showed me the fault when I picked it up.

Recommended. A good little find.

Top place, top mechanics and top (as in very good) prices. Lovely lad called Shane fixed my motor but Will, Poirot and Jake are sound too. Mark the owner has always done his best with prices for me too.

Excellent service. Incredibly friendly and genuine. Brought the car in for a precautionary check before driving home from holiday in Rhos due to a noise coming from the car. Very trustworthy. Thank you!

😤 I paid £250 for two front wheel bearing hubs from euro car parts. Not knowing they were Xdrive wheel bearings they don’t fit my car… I took them to Rhos motors and then I came to collect my car when I thought they was installed and I drove away. The car had the same bad Grinding noise effecting the whole car.. So in a space of a year and a half I spent about £3000 trying to fix this grinding noise… and I didn’t go back there ever since they said it was the timing chain . My car is still grinding and it’s only today 1.5 years later that I have found out

Rhos motors never installed my new Xdrive wheel bearings they stole them and sent me on my way.

I know this because Xdrive bearings would not fit my car and I checked it today and it has the same old not Xdrive bearings

They robbed me and caused over a year of stress not knowing the grinding problem and end up paying thousands to find it. Not only that. A wheel bearing car jam, locking up the wheel and causing death or damage

The wheel bearing has been damaging my transmission every since and I never knew as I thought rhos motors had replaced them !!

Bmw told me that. it is the wheel bearings and now I have to pay another £400 to actually get the job done

So rhos motors damaged my car by stealing my wheel bearings and caused a serious safety risk !!!
Damaged my transmission and its their fault I paid thousands on repairs. When I got it right the first time

WHEEL BEARINGS

They owe we a new car. but they got away with it

Excellent mechanics
I’ve dropped into them without notice with car issues (perhaps more than a few times 😄)
The guys have sorted me out without hesitation.

All my normal servicing maintenance gets done here, top service, Very reasonable prices and the chaps are all great to deal with.
I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

We popped in here during our visit to Rhos briefly to see an elderly family member. We had an issue with our wing mirror earlier in the day and it has come apart. We still had all the parts and the people at Rhos Motors put it back together for us free of charge. Incredibly grateful for the great service we received here, and would recommended to anyone local or anyone passing through.

My Saab 9-5 was booked in at very short notice as I was going on “tour” for 3 or 4 weeks and an annual service was due. They were fully booked up but managed to slide me in, for which I am eternally grateful. There was an electrical problem with a circuit board which failed a front headlight. Mark (I think it was) diagnosed the issue, tried to get a new board for me to no avail, then got his soldering iron out and fixed it! Great thinking, good skills. Did 170 miles from Rhos to Cheltenham today and the car was a pleasure to drive. Smooth, quiet and I feel much better knowing that it’s been inspected and serviced by a good bunch. Cheers guys. Victor
