My car went in for automatic gearbox oil change. Car Came out not operating correctly. I contacted them regarding this. Made a appointment for them to re check the oil level. When I got there. I was told to come back later that day. I arrived 15 mins late to be told by the owner shouting across the garage “ I was too f**king late now. They argued that they done nothing wrong. Told me my car was too old to spend money on and I should just get rid of it got whatever I could. When re checked. They Found that the oil was 1 and a half litres below the correct level. So they never filled it correctly in the first place. Now everyone makes mistakes. But the attitude of one of the owners was terrible. And after seeing that it was their fault after all never apologised or held their hands up to the blame. No damage done but just a lesson learnt. I’ve never wrote a review like this before but after the appalling service I thought I had too.
My car is now running perfectly and no damage been done.

These guys were recommended to me by friends that have had experience of their professionalism and quality workmanship. I booked my Antara in as it was losing power and gusting black smoke on acceleration with dpf and engine management lights coming on after having a turbo replaced by someone else. They quickly diagnosed a cracked turbo pipe, re-fitted a new one and my car is now boosting like a rocket! Very reasonably priced and whilst this is the first time I've been to them they will now be my go to garage. Very impressed with their knowledge and skills, I highly recommend them. Thanks boys.
