Very informative and helpful staff here. Nothing is too much trouble, couple of minor repairs needed to my car for its mot and they ordered the parts in, fitted them and got me back on the road in the same day. 5 star service without 5 star prices!

Quoted one price and told to turn up at 12pm Monday. Show up. Told the price has gone up by 60quid because they didn't include the cost of a water pump in a cambelt change - despite being told at the time that the water pump was to be changed as part of the process. I know it's only 60quid, but i won't be getting the work done at D&E simply because of the lack of professionalism. They give you one price to get you through the door, then give you another once you're there. Poor form.
