Fantastic garage. Im new to Mercedes ownership and now have a 16 year old c 220. It had an SRS warning light issue after I had replaced the engine ECU. The guys there were brilliant. Booked the car in at the appointed time and it was ready within 2 hours. Very prompt and professional service and very competitive prices too. Its always refreshing to find a good reliable garage. These guys know their stuff. Thanks for your assistance

Excellent customer service and mechanics. Car went into limp mode so took it to A1 to diagnose. Small issue with solving the problem 1st time, but they took the car back with no hassle to take another look. They advised the part I needed and fitted which has fixed the car completely. Very transparent, helpful and honest all the way. I ended up getting the car fixed for much cheaper than main dealer or perhaps other garage that might have replaced more parts than necessary. Very pleased and thanks again. Will be back if any more issues with the Audi 👍

Contacted Tony at A1 Tuning with a EGR issue on my T5. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he sorted the issue. Not only did he fix the problem with my T5 we also chatted about my other vehicle which i said had bad mpg and said he could sort that too which i am definitely going to do. Outstanding service from the team. I popped in on the off-chance because my car was having an issue. Dip personally took the car out for a road test, and advised of a few things to check before booking an appointment. He told me it wasn't my gearbox, and hopefully I'll be able to support the issue myself. Really appreciate the level of care.

Had my Audi A6 repaired here. The price for the work was much cheaper than other places. The work carried out was done within the time frame. Customer service is great. Will definitely go back for a full service next year.

I took my son's car to this garage and they sorted out all the problems. They were so helpful and the service I received was excellent. I will definitely use this garage every time from now on and can highly recommend them!

Went for an interview for a technician role here, owner couldn't be bothered to show up to the pre arranged meeting through a recruitment agency, managed to get hold of him through one of the workers on site and was given poor excuses for me wasting 40 minutes getting there on time despite the poor weather and queues of football fans,.
Extremely unprofessional. i think he'd agree this is a fair rating to receive in compensation for my time and fuel.
