Had a really lovely service for my MOT today. This garage was recommended by a friend of mine two days ago and in a rush, I used the online booking form on the website to see if it was possible to get my car booked in. Within the hour I had a call back and they had my car booked in around my schedule!

I was kept in touch with throughout the day, letting me know how the MOT went and even when it was ready to pick up. Perfect customer service so the least I can do is give them a great review.

My car broke down and the guys managed to check it within 2 hours to find the issue and managed to get the new part in and repair it by the following morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be recommending and will now be bringing my car and my boyfriends car back to them if we ever have any issues! Thanks so much! One happy customer!

Fantastic service, really quick, competent and friendly. Had a bit of an emergency because my car broke down during a roadtrip. Was helped straight away, called in the morning and had the car back and working within a few hours. I was a bit worried because I had a European car, but it was no problem whatsoever. Also really good value for money, and the garage kept in contact throughout the day. Can only highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Had a problem with the power steering pump. Took my car in in the morning, they figured out what was wrong, ordered the parts, and fixed the car. It was ready by the afternoon. Reasonable price and great work. Very impressed and will return with any future problems and mot. Thanks guys!

went for change new engine oil, but when i checked the new oil, the old oil doesnt seem to drain completely, so it ends up rather dusty 🥲. More importantly Check Engine Light is ON after changing oil, not sure what was happened in the process. however the garage requires extra cost to run the diagnosis.. i dont think its reasonable.

Where do I start with this dreadful business. Went in for a routine MOT, which was done in a few hours before getting a call about midday to confirm that this has been done and asking to collect. Got back home and noticed the bonnet catch has been brute forced when going to check my screen washer fluid.

Spoke to them the same day to ask about this fault and they said to drop it down again, they blamed this on myself when they were the last people to use this.

The bonnet needs to be opened during an MOT so this could have only been them.

Got a call to collect for the second time where they proceeded to charge me £250 to repair this without checking first, I pulled them up on why they didn’t inform me of the repair and their response was ‘you look like you have money so we didn’t check with you before we proceed’

I would suggest checking before they replace any parts as the price of the parts will be determined on how much money they think you have.

I've been using them since Andy and Jamie opened, I find them Very knowledgeable. When I describe a problem they generally have a good idea what it will be and are normally right. At my local garage if the fault doesn't occur while they drive it and there's nothing when they plug it in, they shrug their shoulders. Bayside have normally come across the problem before and know how to go about fixing it. Friendly and efficient.
