Car Care Auto Centre

Took my car here for some work to find out what was wrong with it and they decide its the wiper motor which altogether was going to cost £260 odd with labour as well. Some of this money I would be able to claim back through warranty but not all of it so they do get to pocket something, it also took these guys 2 weeks to find this problem as they were 3 weeks behind with work. So I decided to take the car somewhere else and it appeara that there was no problem with the wiper motor there was a mix up with the fuses. Would not recommend unless you want your money taken from you.

I took my car here on Monday for a faulty light on the dash, the owner advised me that it was a simple fix and i would have it back the next day.I heard nothing the next day so i rang them, i was advised it was not ready and would be done the next day ( Wednesday ). I left it until Wednesday evening and got a call @ 17:05 saying the Ford guy needed to come out and diagnose it.At this point the job was £235 which i though was steep but being no car expert i was obliged to pay.Thursday came and nothing, not once did this garage call me, i called every time, i called at 17:15 to say what is happening with my car and was advised by the owner its going to be ready on Friday and will cost you £335 - £100 more than quoted. I was informed that they had to pay for a programme that they didnt have and now, thanks to me they have it if any other car needs the programme.P lease avoid this garage at all costs

Very bad experience twice, came from cardiff, gave my car at 9 and when i went to get it back, they never did anything and told me , they will give it next day, they never informed or called me , it has happened twice with me, they never apologized, wasted my whole day

Saw to my car car straight away. Very friendly, expert assessment. Job done effectively. Not expensive.

Overheard the owner, phil??, talking to one of his lads saying they would be able to charge double the actual cost, cos the car owner was "clueless"...!!

Thought everyone should know what kind of scams this guy pulls!!

I took my daughters car here to have the locking wheel nuts taken off because she had lost the key they were brilliant definitely recommend this place
