I as for samples of soft top roof fabrics, as my car roof needs changing. The samples arrived very fast and is an exact match for my present roof. Was very happy with there commincation.

The service and aftercare of this company is second to none.
I am extremely happy with the professional way in which this company does business.
They replaced the roof on my Audi S5 and it is perfect.
The staff on the phone, email and face to face are all very lovely, easy to deal with and the customer care is priority here.

Well we're do I start absolutely brilliant customer service .the first roof on my escort soft top was short BAS responded and sent a replacement. 2nd roof ended up with some sort of scuff marks on rear top corners both sides BAS response we will collect your car fit a new hood and return your car. WOW ❤️ I couldn't put them through that for their kind response so I drove down to Wales on 24th of May 2022 .and wat a service I received replaced my hood within 3 hours made me a coffee let me sit in the office and wait with the ever so friendly staff .robb you truly are an absolute amazing person I wish you aii the best from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I will forever be grateful 🙏 and Rebecca thanks for liaising with over the phone and via email robb even paid me money for petrol I travelled from Sheffield 3and half hour journey well worth it I got to meet some really great people kindness is an understatement BAS truly do go above and beyond for the customer I pray 🙏 🤲 ❤️ you all ways be happy successful and may God grant you a long life amen 🙏 ❤️ thanks once again I'd highly recommend BAS to everybody I've shared my experience with my family and friends who are so amazed the way you guys treated me ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had my Porsche roof replaced for the second time of ownership of my car once again great service from BAS Five hours to replace my roof on my boxster convertible and the finish is stunning top tip for anyone having a roof replaced you are only 5 minutes from the Monmouth and Brecon canal so a very pleased 5 walk to Newport can be had or walk the other way to Cwmbran and beyond a really nice walk
