These guys are just honest guys. They tell you what needs to be fixed. We have user them for years. They excelled assisting us with an horrendous insurance claim where, obviously, we didn't have the mechanical know how to argue the toss. They helped us out and we succeeded in our claim.

Superb and much much better value than the dealerships.

My local garage. Always polite and do jobs to a decent level. Never pile the labour charges on like some other garages. If a job is 30 mins they charge that. Some will charge 2 hours to change a starter motor and oil change for example.

This is the second time I have used Greenfield garage for some major service work that was needed on my car. The mechanics are friendly and thorough and were able to help me with several issues preventing my car from passing its MOT. I will definitely continue to use Greenfield and thanks to the team in colwyn bay for a great experience.

Poor service. I went to fix my heating system the other day and I've been told they couldn't fix it 100% as they didn't know exactly what the problem is, but it works.
I was very disappointed to see that a slightly warm breeze was defined as
an working system and that I have paid £214.00 for this.

I had my first visit here this week, thanks to a recommendation, and will definitely be returning for future work.

I had an issue with the rear brakes. I only had to wait a few days once booked to deliver the car to be inspected.

I had a call within a couple of hours to tell me a detailed explanation as to what the issue was and what the cost would be for the repairs, which were very reasonable in regards to the total cost of parts and labour, so the car was left with the garage overnight.

I had a call the next morning to tell me the car was repaired and ready for collection, so am very pleased with the overall experience and efficiency of the garage.

Interacting with someone who is friendly, courteous and happy to explain in detail the issues etc., is most welcome and given the very reasonable overall costs for the repairs, I'm very satisfied with my first experience with Greenfield Garage.
