Booked my car in for service and mot. Advised by gentleman on telephone service was inclusive of fuel filter change/renewal. Then heard bad reviews from colleagues. So rang back to clarify breakdown.
Was then told by receptionist quote in fact did not include fuel filter change. Stated they would ring back to confirm new price to include fuel filter change. However this has not been confirmed or advised to date, after promising to ring me back yesterday. Customer service not good. Not sure I will require any work to be carried out on my vehicle after this initial experience. Updated 19/8/17- Still not heard anything it is now nearly a week later, service will now be cancelled, that's before any work has been carried out, beware!!

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Joe and the guys for years now. Always a fast & efficient service with more than reasonable prices. Most importantly, any job we need is completed to what can only be described as exemplary standards with no shock bills! Transparent and friendly.

I had my front bumper and brakes sprayed and they replaced 4 disc brakes, the bumper spraying still looks great, but the 4 wheels look awful. They started rusting about a month after they were fitted, I went back to complain and the technician said that was common with 'cheap' brake and suggested I clean them off and paint them. Shocking service, considering I paid them £1000 to carry out the works!!

Very knowledgeable professionals, give you an honest assessment/quote of work required.

I'm now a repeat customer, and it's worth the extra travel time to get here for both prove and quality if service.

Tip: you need to drive through to the back of the petrol station to get here.

I would thoroughly recommend this garage to anyone. From Danielle in reception through to Ian & the guys they are very professional & efficient. They are both knowledgeable & trustworthy, & it's satisfying to know a garage you can trust.

We at Caerphilly Van Centre have recently begun using their body shop and found that the turnaround is quick and efficient. They provide good communication, which is lacking in many businesses. Would recommend these guys.
