Agreed on phone to bring car over to allow garage to quote for job, told it would take a few minutes whilst we waited. On arrival was told to leave car for an hour, then billed £42 for the time it took them to price the job. A little dishonerable. Just be careful. Sadly they have lost any future business from any of our vehicles.

do not recommend Parker Motors Ltd! felt my MOT on stupid thing like number plate cause the owner need glasses instead of U he said he see L and forgot put ignition on to check the lights and felt me on it saying they not work! keep me off road since Friday instead of advise me to fix it asap. nothing dangerous all working well as car had everything change 2 days before I booked for MOT. Wasting time. I had appointment 10.30am today again (after I changed my number plate) been waiting 10 minutes longer as workers instead to do their job been talking to each other and I was late to my appointment to hospital. when I ask them if they finish talking all what I hear was I can talk when I want very rude and not professional. never come back there and not recommend at all

Wish l had found Parkers 20 years ago. By far the best and most reliable for car repairs and MOTs. Family run and recommended by colleague from local reputation.Jo and all keep you informed on progress and l cannot fault them. My parents, brother and nephew also take their cars here and echo my comments.

Iv used this garage for many years, for mine & my children’s cars & they've never once failed us, from replacing an engine to renewing brake discs & pads which they done under warranty & whilst they could’ve charged us they didn’t, the service is the best, and it’s a pleasure to speak to Joanna on the phone as she’s very knowledgeable, thank you so much Parker motors, I cannot recommend you highly enough

Took my car here for the first time for a diagnostic test. Was kept informed by phone and asked for permission before parts were ordered. Everything was explained in full and a full print out of problems checked. The service was excellent and the prices reasonable. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

My keyless fob was broken so couldnt lock my car (internal key didnt work either ) i went here and he got me in the same day and it was all sorted in a couple of hours. Brill fast service :) thankyou
