Took my car in for an oil change. Told them I had my own oil and left it on the driver's seat so they couldn't miss it. Got my bill, they charged me £42.00 for oil!! they used their own anyway. Wont be going back there again

Very impressed with the quality of service at this garage. I have used them a few times now and I have always found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. I most recently had a fault with warning lights coming on intermittently and also the service due light. Called at the garage to book it in and although they appeared to be very busy, they got me booked in two days later. All work completed in one day and all work fully explained.

Had a sticking break while I was on holiday, even though they had several MOT's to do that day they still made time for me and helped me out and got it fixed so i was safe to drive home that same day :-D

When was the last time a mechanic was honest and also told you what did NOT need doing and was totally honest with you? Exactly. I would highly recommend Will and the team here. It is now my go-to garage.

Peter and Jamie have looked after my households cars for years. They have never failed to fix one and have always been very honest and well priced. They are always very busy which reflects the strong trustworthy relationship they have formed with the community. 100% better than a dealership garage!

I can't thank the guys from auto services nw enough. We broke down just outside St Asaph whilst on holiday. One of the guys came out to take a look at it whilst we waited for the roadside recovery. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the bits so that they could fix it as soon as the car was towed to them. They replaced the wheel bearing in just a couple of hours so we could continue our holiday.

Just had a full service, all good, pickup a few issues to be aware of next mot, they will be addressed soon as, good service, nice friendly guys, would recommend.
