The petrol station side is great but after filling up the other day and when I tryed to start my car again I found I had a dead battery, and I needed a jump start. I went to ask the garage if they had cables or a jump pack. The older gentleman I'm assuming the manager or owner replyed "no, it's not my problem" which I found very rude & unhelpful as I was blocking a petrol pump with my lifeless car. One of the apprentices felt some pritty for me and tryed his best to use a old battery on the floor to jump with no success. By this time the owner again came out to repeat it's not his really his problem. Which for a garage that fixes broken down vehicles is slightly worrying. But thanks to the apprentice who by this time had brought his own car to jump start the car with success. I offered to pay for there time but wasn't met with much response. Thanks to the polite apprentice who helped me I was on my way again

Thankyou D D Evans and sons, great customer service. Helped us out with our emergency to exhaust repair as we had to travel back home the after. They did a thorough job on the exhaust having to wield a part onto the exhaust enabling us to travel home to South Yorkshire safely. Experienced mechanics able to overcome a problem.

When a garage owner tells you in front of other customers that "he is f#&£ing pi#!ed off with you" because you parked your car in the garage for it's MOT. I highly recommend you avoid it. As he said to me "I'm just telling it as it is".
