Was lovely to deal with a woman at a garage, she was able to answer all my queries over the phone, even my bizarre explanation.
Booked in quickly, was kept updated with quote, when to expect car back etc.
When I picked my car up, everything was explained.
First time using, certainly won't be my last.
Thank You So Much.
The work carried out is of the top most quality and the charges are very reasonable.
Would definitely recommend (as i already have to other family members who know use the garage regularly) and happy to give the 5 stars (6 if they had it!)

Would like to reply to the comment made by said receptionist/scheduler below; I have never screamed at anyone down the phone in my life, and was actually very confused and taken aback by the abrupt tone from the receptionist. I can categorically say that there was absolutely zero abuse made towards anybody. Am very disappointed in these lies stated below, but not surprised. From the several other 1-star reviews made around the same time from other customers, I can only put it down to the stress of the receptionist in trying to deal with a difficult situation during Covid
A couple of months ago I took my car in for repairs after hitting a deer. the recovery vehicle seemed to think it was just a radiator and intercooler replacent that would be relatively straight forward to repair. but when I took it to town garage the repairs quickly topped £1000. I wasn't sure whether to get the car sorted or go through the insurance as it's an older car, but none the less in good condition for its agenand I've taken good care of it. they seemed very helpful, the lady who works there asked if I wanted them to check the car over to see if it was likely to pass an MOT after the repairs which may help my decision. they said it was pretty much all good and would likely pass the MOT. I decided to pay the £1000 for the repairs knowing this.
Monday, I had the car back in there for an MOT, two months after their initial repairs, got the call back that it failed and would cost £750 to get it passed. I was gutted and I went to collect the car to considerbwjatnto do with it. Thankfully I phoned a garage in swansea that my parents use frequently and a couple of other garages, I asked them to check the list of failures, they were all genuinely gob smacked to hear that anything above £200 was quoted afterntlchecking the fail list. I took it straight to them to get it checked.
Long story short, today the new garage told me that with all repairs, a full service (which wasn't included in the quote from town garage) and an MOT would cost me £450. They advised me to stay clear of Town Garage. it's really gutting to know that places like this exist, and it makes me really question how much those initial repairs would have cost elsewhere.
I perhaps made the mistake when I was explaining that as a self employed musician who relies on my car each week, I wish I knew more about them. I think they took advantage of this and ran with it to squeeze some extra cash out of someone who didn't know any better. Really disappointing experience.
The only positive is that of the three garages I phoned for second opinions, all of them were vocal in letting me know that I was clearly being ripped off before even looking at the car.
My advice...stay clear of this place!
No fuss , no delays.
