Highly recommend this garage. Anytime I have an issue, Richards happy to take it in and get it sorted and I usually have it back in a couple of hours. I never feel like I'm being ripped off and all the mechanics are really helpful. Have used penarth auto care for many different services such as MOT, Service, cam belt change and plenty other things and they are always superb. Recently my car completely died outside my house. They came to have look and towed it back to the garage and I had it back the following day completely sorted with no more issues.

Booked my first MOT with these guys easily over the phone and staff were flexible on dates and times. MOT was done within an hour. Super quick and professional garage, with nice, friendly staff. Highly competitive prices, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Beware of using Penarth Autocare if you need your car fixed.

My friend took her car and was charged £700 and the fault returned within 2 days. Took it back and they said it was something else and charged £600. A few days later and the same fault happened again, so they again tried to charge her a further £200 so she called trading standards who advised her that the garage should fix it at no cost to her.

So the owner has pretended to be off for the last 4 days when she tries to call, and has now apparently gone on holiday for the week.

In any other industry, if you pay for something to be fixed and the company fixes the wrong thing, they take the liability for it.

A check engine light suddenly appeared just before I was planning a long journey. The guys fitted me in and fixed the issue within a few hours. Reasonable pricing, great guys, thank you!

Bought a car from Cardiff part exchange centre where this garage had passed its MOT. Apart from driver door the others don't open. Didn't know this was MOT fail. So they pass dodgy MOTs

Popped in on the off chance they could sort out an issue with my car. Really friendly, fair price, did the job quickly and well. Sadly a combination that can be hard to find in a garage sometimes - fully recommend!
