CAUTION: Awful experience dealing with Lee Hurford at LMV. Empty promises, lies and more lies, missed deadlines, appalling communication, unprofessional & substandard work. Very much regret using him… didn’t even have the paperwork to write me a report on my car, it was like dealing with a child!

Messaged him on Friday and arranged for him to come 9am Saturday morning to see my car that had an oil leak. 9.20am Saturday morning I messaged again asking if hes still coming as he hadnt shown up. Come Midday still no sign of him and no call or message from him either. Wasted my whole morning waiting for him when I could have found someone else to use. Its now Tuesday evening, still no call or message explaining why he never showed up. Total waste of my time. Do not waste your time
