I was visiting Bridgend from London. Radford were very helpful sorting out amy Z3's stuck bonnet. I was sufficiently impressed I left the car on for an unplanned but overdue service too.
They took time to contact me a week later - not to chase the bill, but to talk through some options for issues they discovered during the service - corrosion, water leak-ing roof, and even found me a recommended roof trimmer to address the soft-top. I also learnt some of the modifications that came with the car were non-standard. They also stored the car and dropped it off too, as an extra, because of transport issues. Great example of great service and solid reason to go back for more work. Recommended.

I have been coming here for 3.5 years and my car has been working perfectly. The car displays the required service and they carry out the service.

I ask for certain components to be checked over due to previous experience on other cars, they are always happy to look.
