Called them in desperation as we have had no Internet whatsoever to ask for help due to the fact that BT maintains our land line. Unfortunately they couldn't help but advised us to contact our Internet provider instead and report the discrepancies,which we have done so. Since then we are having Internet - with more or less speed...
