Wern Garage

I could not recommend Wern Garage more! My classic motorbike broke down on holiday and they were able to get me up and running very quickly. They were recommended to me by a local chap and I can see why! Great service and lovely people to deal with.

Whilst on holiday in Wales, My Volkswagen Passat had an issue with one of the passenger windows, which the glass had dropped down inside the door and wouldn’t come back up. I was recommended this place by a local Shopkeeper in New Quay. Upon arriving at the garage I was greeted by a kind woman who managed to order the parts required for the next day and they managed to fit me in with no issue on that day too. Dan the mechanic was brilliant too, he not only got my car back up to scratch but he also dropped us into New Quay whilst he was doing the work and picked us up again once he had fixed the issue! Brilliant garage. Well deserved of a 5*. Wouldn’t get this service anywhere else!!

Whilst towing our caravan all the indicators lights stopped working.we pulled up at Wren garage and a very kind man found the fault which was a loose earth and he only wanted to charge a little fee. .can't thank him enough . Very friendly and great service .

Whilst on a weekend break, my car had problems with the wheel tracking after previous work by another garage was not done properly.
I called at Wern garage, and behold “Dan did it!!”.
Could not recommend the service I recieved anymore. We need more “Dans”.

On a recent holiday, our car's starter motor packed in...and we were literally rescued by Dan and his colleages at Wern Garage. He managed to book us in for a repair straight away, and even acted as taxi driver to get us home and back to the garage when it was ready. Absolutely brilliant service - we're just annoyed we live 200 miles away, so can't make this our regular garage! Thank you!

On holiday in motorhome and heard a loud rattle from under the van after our 150 mile journey.

We took it in first thing on Saturday, and the guys were all really friendly, offered us a brew and got us back on the road again within a couple hours after welding the offending exhaust back together for a temporary fix to get us back on the road again!

They did offer to replace the part, but that wouldn’t have arrived until Monday and we didn’t want to waste any of our time off or miss out on the things we had planned.

5 stars isn’t enough in my opinion!

Starter motor failed on my motorhome while on holiday in west wales. The mechanic ordered me a new starter motor and fitted it the following day while I waited. I was also charged a fair price and not taken advantage of because i was stuck. Many thanks for a job well done.

We are on holiday with our camper van. Yesterday the starter motor broke down so we needed to fix it to continue with our road trip. Dan helped and saved us. We called him today Saturday in the morning and in 3h our van was ready!!
They are really professional, friendly and helpful!! 100% recommend!!
