I highly recommend this centre. We arrived half an hour earlier and the guys were kind enough to licence the vehicle sooner. They were fast, respectfull and you can tell that they love their job!

Ridiculous, I went to the center of inspection, and the receptionist was not there, I arrived on time(7:50am), then he complained that I arrived late Ridiculous.
I did not print my insurance certificate beacuse it has in phone app and nobody from tfl told that I need it to printed, so I asked them to print for me and they have refused having 2 printers completely functioning.
They where rude and did not explain the things properly.
Just a big waste of time !!!!

They inspected my vehicle quickly but they left the back doors locked so my passengers couldn't get out; I had to get out and open the door(s) for them. I eventually googled to find out how to set the locks back to normal. The position of my lights was changed from automatic that I set them to low beam. Furthermore, I found their communication style slightly aggressive. The inspectors and the person behind the desk were calling all drivers "mate" in a slightly aggressive tone of voice. One of the staff members raised his voice at a foreign driver because he was having trouble communicating with him. They made me feel as if they were doing me a favour instead of a customer paying part of their wages. I believe that better customer service training is needed.

My 1st time inspection in this centre and they are great and perfect 👌
If you bring your all documents original up to date there will be no problem at all
Everything will be completed in 10 minutes
