After calling a list of garages in my area and getting no help what so ever Alex read a post I had put up on Facebook asking for recommendations for garages. I explained to him what the problem was and within a couple of days my car was booked in and sorted out. The map he did has made the car completely different to drive, not only is there better torque and power but the power is smoother when you increase the acceleration. I'll be back there for sure

Just had my Scirocco a stage 1 remap thanks to Alex for a very proffesional and friendly service and great results.

Previously had Alex remap a Scirocco of mine of which, he'd done a brilliant job.

However, after having arranged for a remap on my current vehicle and having driven an hour out my way and taken time off work to fit this in, Alex cancels last minute, literally as I'm parked on his drive.

We agreed that Alex would then come to me for the remap but this was weeks ago and I've had no replies to my messages reminding him of this since.

It's unfortunate because I think Alex obviously knows what he's doing when it comes to remapping but his customer service is less than acceptable. This in combination with me wasting my fuel, time and owing work hours back has resulted in this review.

I tried contacting this company 3 times.. no reply whatsoever. Obviously so busy he doesn't want new business.
