scammers... sent them the steering wheel and told it will take 8-12 weeks. after 4 months it wasn't ready and the replies from the so called whatsapp business account were hilarious. when I pushed a bit they told me it won't be done and asked me for the address to post the steering wheel. told them to shovel it altogether.

Got in touch with control customs about a month ago regarding a re-trimmed steering wheel, once they gave me a quote and I looked at what day I could have it fitted I headed on down to their business and had my steering wheel fitted, the service was quick and the staff were friendly. Overall I would definitely return again as the quality of the wheel is unreal.

Ordered a steering wheel retrim and airbag cover for my Audi S3 and used the wheel exchange/ deposit service. Turnaround time was quick, delivery was very efficient and used a tracked service also. The product quality is very good and has transformed my wheel with alcantara to match rest of my interior. £250 Deposit was paid back to me the day after they received my own wheel back. Overall I would recommend this company for steering wheel retrims service.
