Scrap Car Network

Booked appointment for them to collect car.
Rearranged my whole day.
Nobody turned up. Nobody rang. No apologies.
I attempted on several occasions to get in touch with them but nobody would answer the phones.
Abysmal service!!

I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews but for me it couldn’t have gone any better.
I was quoted a great price and given a pickup day and afternoon slot. Driver called me around 45 minutes before arriving. Was here on the dot. Car was taken within five minutes. Incredibly professional friendly driver. Then the funds as agreed hit my bank 24 hours exactly after the car went.
I don’t know how it could possibly be any easier.

DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND!!!- I have had 3 different dates and times to have my car collected, all of them have been ignored. No driver has rang me, multiple receptionists have told me they’ll check the status of the driver and call my back ASAP.. I am still waiting for those calls. I arranged my first collection online (Wed 18/05/22) no pickup, rang on Thursday 19/05/22 and rearranged for Saturday 21/05/22 no pickup, rang and asked for the status of the driver; he was “running late” but would be there but I had to go out so rescheduled for today (Wed 25/05/22 AM) rang at 12:19pm and was told driver running late but would be here, rang again at 14:38 since the AM slot time had passed- got put on hold whilst the receptionist got in touch with driver and was then hung up on. Re-phoned at 14:44 and said I was just hung up on and the lady was bad mannered, told me she’d get in touch with the driver and phone me back asap.. it’s 20:01 and I’m still waiting!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM STOLE MY CAR!!

Not sure I trust this company seems like they lie, they don't tell you that you won't be paid on the spot until they have car on lorry then they say you should have it by 5:30 pm as that is when they shut and you can't call them, so no car and no money, think I might have been scammed here, very dissapointed!! AVOID!!!! Stole my car

Pays allot more than scrap dose, Driver wasn't the best though he took some convincing the car could be removed! at the start he said (can't be done) and started to walk off as it was an auto with no keys stuck in drive so couldn't be loaded without keys thankfully after some advice on the fact there will be a release button of sorts below gear stick for these kinds of occasions well, he got there in the end and most importantly the money was in fast so 5 * all day...

Fab service! Collected it next day & received a call 30mins before collection to make me aware they are on their way which is perfect! And the money arrived same day! Excellent service cannot fault them and will likely use again

Simple to book collection, also extremely easy to then change date/time.
Arrived on time, clean, friendly with full paperwork.

I decided to go with Scrap car network, as they offered the best price to scrap my car. Having read the reviews, i was dubious as the recent reviews are mixed. Thankfully the whole process went smoothly for me, from quote, arranging collection to payment. Had booked a morning slot for a few days time, the driver called that morning and said he'd be with me in an hour. Arrived on time, we signed papers and he said payment should be made the same day by 5.30pm. I checked my bank account at 6pm and the money was in my account! Would recommend this company to others and wouldnt hesitate to use them again myself. 5 star
