He sold me shock absorber but the part broke down after two months. Free service, cash back or any partial cash refund wasn't offered from the guy who has sold damaged car part to me. I won't use this garage anymore.

Bought a 2006 rear bumper for a 2007 car via eBay from these guys after they assured me it would fit, it didn't. Also eBay description claimed all parts were working & tested but they refused to guarantee rear parking sensors included when I turned up to collect, and they turned out to be faulty. They insist you sign a form stating that items are as described before they're fitted to your car which isn't very fair.
