I cannot recommend this company highly enough, Zac and his team were amazing from start to finish. The workmanship in the gates are second to none - quality wood is used with proper joints and quality fittings too. The price was extremely reasonable too - compared to other companies we got quotes from Apertures come out well on top for the spec we wanted. On top of that the installation service made everything easy. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this company deserved 5 stars.

Gates- Supplied and fitted new matching driveway and side gates. Made to measure at their workshop and painted to our chosen colour.
Excellent quality gates and fitting carried out by 2 of their staff who did an excellent job and were very clean and tidy.
Overall a good experience although the original lead time slipped a lot due to material supply issues ( Covid related). They could have been better at updates on this but otherwise, really good product and service and also good value.

Initially looked good but paint soon started to peel off. Been waiting months for the promised replacement. No communication or updates.

I will update this review if they respond but right now I cannot recommend.

Updating...they did finally bring the replacements, so was happy in the end.

We recently had new electric gates fitted by this company and we are delighted with the end result. The craftsmanship was excellent and the team who fitted the gates kept our garden extremely tidy and were very professional. The whole experience was great and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing new gates.

Initially we were really thrilled with the service and the gates excellent advice and a great quality product at competitive price. Having had a few teething problems which initially we got response to/help with .. 12 months later these have not been resolved and now a key pad is malfunctioning making access to the property very problematic and Zac and his team don't seem to want to know. They never answer the phone and they never call back after leaving numerous messages. This is really disappointing as before this we would have recommended whole heartedly and now we are seemingly left with gates that don't work properly. Frustrated and dissapointed.

UPDATE

12 weeks after my last review and this company have continued to disappoint. After leaving this review I was called and asked why I did it (despite many ignored calls and emails to them I did it as a last resort) they made a whole bunch of excuses about wrong numbers. They promised to sort it after xmas and in the meantime they would send us a box of remote keys to help with our significant access issues. Despite continued chasing and more lies the fobs promised have never turned up. More emails and calls made but all to no avail. We have no choice now than to refer to a legal team to help. Looking at other comments I am wondering if this company has gone bust?

Such a great service yet again by Apertures. This is the second set of gates we’ve had installed & it’s always a pleasure to do business with the team. Quick turnaround, great products & great value compared to other providers. Highly recommend.

I had a number of companies quote for my gates they were either very very expensive or could not come up with a suitable solution as to how the gates should open. On meeting Matt he offered a solution and suggested a pedestrian gate as well that I had not thought of. I received the quote and was very pleased.Zac fitted the gates and was very professional and they look and work brilliantly. I would definitely recommend Aperture Gates.
