Massively unhelpful. Went to have some spray paint mixed up - I was after two very well known colours Gulf Orange and Gulf Blue. I was asked if I had a paint code - I explained I didnt. Cant help you then was the reply. I asked if the unhelpful man could search the paint database to find the code and the reply I got was not really no. Completely different to my last experience here when I asked for Porsche Arctic Silver and got everything I needed without the unhelpful attitude. You try and support a local business instead of ordering off the internet and this is what you get. Last time I will ever use your business again - in the future I will take my custom to somewhere more helpful. Good luck in the future, maybe my experience was a one off but if it wasn't, you'll need all the luck you can get.

I was greated with "where's your mask" from the servant who was wearing no mask and had no perspex protection at the counter. I asked where her mask was and she told me "ow we don't need to". I have just had a Nephrectomy and am struggling to breath and so this is why I was not wearing a mask.

Excellent staff who advise and help with all types of technical questions. If they don’t know then they will find out for you and will print technical data sheets if you’re not sure about a product. Had plates printed whilst I waited and came back for an aerosol of paint for my car. Lovely ladies who are helpful, polite and jolly!! Thank you!!

Been going here for years.The two ladies that work there could not be more helpful if they tried.There polite, professional ,helpful and know there stuff.what more can you ask for.
