My dream came true and I finally bought my brand new Audi Watford (Spire Automotive branch). Issues from day 1. The premium car I spent over £25k+ for, had several cosmetic issues all over (interior and exterior). Took months to sort out, some of it wasn't. Bear in mind that if you insist on collection, someone will take and drive your car to Watford - at that point I have driven 50miles total and by the time I got my car back it had 120miles on the clock (Audi driven my brand new car across London more than I did!).

I cut my losses and forgot about this once some of the issues were sorted. Now, I discovered that I was lied to and mis-sold the service plan. When buying the car I was told that in order to keep my 3 year warranty, I need to perform annual service checks from Year 1 at authorised centres. I was sold a plan that was supposed to cover 2x services at the end of Year 1 and 2 for £250. This was confirmed clearly in a letter to me.

When I showed up for my Year 1 service and left my car for a few hours, I was called to be told that I am not due for service till 2021 and in 2023 only my oil will be changed. My confirmation of the plan states that it expires in 2022 and supposed to include much more than that.

Also, apparently YOU DON'T NEED annual service checks to keep your warranty! I was mis-sold and lied to by Watford Audi.

Unfortunately, Audi Executive Office and Audi and Volkswagen Financial services are no better as despite acknowledging that my letter and the information on the website says one thing, I am actually not going to get what I paid for and there is nothing else they can do.

They were not very nice, not willing to discuss this and took weeks to respond initially but now have ignored my contact completely.

I was told Audi is a premium brand at each step of my purchase - this is not what I expect from a premium brand at all! I doubt very much that my next car will be an Audi...
