Do not touch this place with a barge poll,they are the most unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with,they don,t expect you to work,as they think you can collect your car while you at work,then they want your ID,but if it's not registered in your name then ,they won,t even talk to you,they ask for the V5,but like I've said,they don,t no the law as a v5 does not prove its your car,they have been around Holme for a while,but I never realised just how bad they are

Very rude staff, including Mr and Mrs Ratcliffe. Mr Ratcliffe like to swear at customers. Mrs Ratcliffe like giving out wrong information. They also think they are above the law as they are in bed with the Police. Avoid them.

Excellent staff explained everything clearly , friendly and put me at ease. Made the best of a bad experience.

So happy to have used these guys had a blow out yesterday and they were out had me hooked on and on our way in no time at all.

Ratcliffs recovered my vehicle after being rear ended. They significantly damaged the front bumper and rims of my tires. When asked and questioned about it, they deferred blame. This meant we had to pay for the damage caused by them, we are incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and integrity of the company. Avoid.

They damaged my car and denied it

They will not disclose if they are accredited by a governing body such as the motor ombudsman or financial ombudsman therefore its difficult to find a way of resolving any issues

This company is complicit in working with MBR to send of 16 week old beagle puppies to labs where they will be tortured and poisoned with agrochemicals and household products like bleach only to be killed then later thrown into chemical waste bins.
